Policies

Deposits: Required for all appointments upon booking. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations:  Cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of your appointment. Your card will be charged for the full price of the appointment.

Changes: Each booking includes one appointment change, which must be used within the same calendar month. Any changes requested outside of this timeframe will require a new deposit to secure a future appointment.

Permanent Makeup Preparation to insure the BEST RESULTS:

-Avoid Botox for at least one month prior to this service

-Brows must stay dry for 24 hours after appointment so please plan accordingly

-NO caffeine morning of appointment 

-NO alcohol within 48 hours of appointment 

-NO active skincare ingredients one week prior to appointment 

-NO tylenol, ibuprofen, aspirin, or other pain medication within 24 hours of appointment

-NO steam rooms, swimming, saunas,  hot tubs, or heavy exercise for one week post service
