Deposits: Required for all appointments upon booking. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations:  Cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of your appointment. Your card will be charged for the full price of the appointment.

Changes: One reschedule is permitted within 48 hours of your appointment. Any additional reschedules will result in forfeiture of the original deposit and require a new deposit to secure another appointment.

Permanent Makeup Preparation to insure the BEST RESULTS:

-no caffeine morning of appointment 

-no alcohol within 48 hours of appointment 

-no active skincare ingredients one week prior to appointment 

-no tylenol, ibuprofen, aspirin, or other pain medication within 24 hours of appointment

-brows must stay dry for 24 hours after appointment so please plan accordingly

-no steam rooms, swimming, saunas,  hot tubs, or heavy exercise for one week post service
